The political landscape is changing. People who never even considered running for public office are throwing their hats in the ring. And America will be better for it. This was always supposed to be a representative democracy… a government of the people, by the people, and for the people. “Career Politician” was never supposed to be a thing. Politics was never supposed to be a life-long vocation. And We The People have had enough of the status quo.
There are a lot of progressives running for office for the very first time this election cycle. And they’re doing it for the right reasons… because they want to serve the public; because they want to represent their constituencies; because they want to make the lives of the people in their communities better. They want to give a voice to the voiceless and hope to the hopeless. They want to be a part of making our government work again. These are grassroots efforts.
And I’m stepping up to do my part.
What most of these progressive, first-time candidates don’t have is a lot of money. They don’t hold $1000-per-plate fundraisers. They don’t have millionaires backing them. They don’t have Super PACs or rich friends or powerful political connections with deep pockets and fat-cat cash. And they’re exactly the people we need working for us in a representative democracy.
Which is why I’m offering my services to help. Instead of spending $2000, $3000, $5000 or more, you can have a professional, secure, user-friendly campaign website for just $250.
Yeah, you read that right. $250.
Why Am I Doing This?
I want to be a part of what is happening in American politics right now. I want to help these progressive candidates win in 2020. For more than 10 years I’ve been building websites for small business owners from coast to coast. I’ve even worked for a couple celebrities. I like to think I’m pretty good at what I do. And now I want to put those skills to work for those who have decided to do their part to change America for the better.
There are a lot of website designers out there who want nothing more than to get their share of the millions & millions of dollars that go into modern political campaigns.
I’m not one of them.
I want to help the underdogs. I want to help even the playing field for the little guy… the little gal. Just because you don’t have millions of dollars in your campaign coffers doesn’t mean you can’t have a great website. And that’s where I come in.
What Is It Going To Cost?
$250. That’s it. $250.*
For that you’ll get a fully-functional WordPress website & blog built on the very secure and flexible Genesis framework. You’ll have everything you need to get the message out to your potential voters. $250… no hidden fees, no B.S.
You send me your campaign logo, your pictures, your policy papers… whatever you want to be included in your site, and I take care of the rest. I can even create calendars to let people know where you’ll be holding campaign events and photo galleries to highlight your interactions with potential voters.
*A Couple Things You Need To Consider
If you haven’t already, you’ll need to register a domain. That will cost about $15. You can register a domain at Namecheap (yes, this is an affiliate link). If you already have a domain, I’ll get the info I need from you when it’s time to launch your site.
You’ll also need a host. I recommend SiteGround (also an affiliate link), where you can get 12 months of hosting for about $50. Namecheap also offers hosting, so you could sign up for a hosting account with them instead when you register your domain. Whatever is easiest for you.
Make sure either your domain registration or hosting account includes an SSL certificate (yes, it matters and yes, you need one). Both SiteGround and Namecheap provide free SSL certificates with their hosting plans.
“Hey, Alysson… can I use GoDaddy?”
You can certainly use GoDaddy to register your domain. Can you use them to host your website? No. Period. At least not if I’m going to be the one building it for you. I won’t waste your time explaining, but if you ask me to launch a WordPress website on GoDaddy’s servers the answer will be no. That is a deal breaker.
So… there it is. If you’re a progressive candidate running for elected office, you can have a website for just $250. Just click the Buy Now link below (be sure to include your email address when you submit your order or email me at alysson@seoaly.com once you’ve submitted your payment). I’ll send you a questionnaire containing all the information I need to build your site. It’s that easy.
